  • references through your former employers

you can get references through your former employers and seek connections in Canada. Depending on your specialty and certifications it should not be too complicated. Good luch

  • trade professions in Canada - carpenters, plumbers

How to find a job permit in Canada if you have any of these professions? Shoemaker, baker, butcher, plumber, carpenter, etc.

  • trade professions - tricky to find a job offer

you may need a ton of luck to land a job in Canada as trade professional. For some very silly reasons, those trades are not considered under the "skilled worker program" so then the process may become more complicated.

That said, if you are good at your trade and your trade is in exhuberant demand, you may be able to find an employer willing to sponsor your work permit in Canada. That seems to be the case of many jobs in Alberta now. With the oil boom there, there are more jobs than people willing to take them. Who knows how long that situation may hold but you may be interested in trying.

    Good luck!
