  Although there are a few people wingeing that the Olympics will be a waste of tax payers money, they are rightly in the minority. This article outlines the projected expenses and income for the Olympics.

  The income stated hear is outweighed by the costs, but this income does not include the boosts to the economy from increased business during the olympics, and long-term increased business to the UK as well as its spin-offs.
  
  In short the news is positive for London and the whole of the UK. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
