  I think you can say that the public transport is quite good here in Hong Kong.
  And getting a car isn't a that good idea. If you have to get in the city center every day for work it will cost you hours! Of course this also depends on where you're planning to live.
  The best thing is to just check the transport net on your next visit to HK.
