  The sallary is leant on the local pay scale and is right now around 130 CYP per Week. All the sallary are based on the employees future performance and if an strong improvemend is given, so is the sallary later negotiable.

  Just come across your advert and i'am aware its an old post .Shame on you for offering ONLY £130CY per week to a guy who has to work hard in the heat.I wouldnt get out of bed for this.Yes i do know the salary is lower here as i've been here 3 yrs but its not this low .In our company in Cyprus we were paying a guy £350 per week and i admit that was too much.For this line of work in Cyprus you should be paying £200cy per week.Making an excuse about the paying scale is to cover your own guilt.You will only be able to employ unskilled labourers and then workmanship is rubbish.How you think a man can support himself let alone if he has a family is beyond me!!!!!
