stop list in cyprus

• dear all :
  
  i have a quistion a bout the stop list in cyprus and plz i need help
  
  i enter cyprus in 25/12/2002 by viset visa the visa was vallied for 5 days and i stay ther for 21 extra days over the visa limet but the immegration catch me and send me back to jordan in 17/1/2003,
  
  now the things is change , am married from romanian cetizen and i live with her in romania and the immegration in romania issued for me a familly memmber resedent card vallid for five years
  
  my quistion is , do you think that am on the stop list or the blackj list in cyprus air port from that time ?
  
  and am allawed to enter cyprus if i am still in the block list even am married from eu cetizen ???
  
  how many years in normal way for illegal immegrant to stay on the stop list as what i say i was ther in 25/12/2002 and thay send me back in 17/1/2003 so from that time till 17/1/2009 ill be out sied from cyprus for 6 years so do you think that am still on the black list or the data change from that time or or or ?
  
  plz i need a solution befor i go in 2009
