Why so difficult

My name is chiranjib,a Bcom grad and Post Grad in computer science, Also with a good accouting and financial background. I have worked in Maldives with Six Senses Group of over 6 years migrated to Melbourne with my famly 2 months ago and since then looking for work. I have tried every avenue and only find the phrase "Unfortunately your resume........" I am very sure that I am capable and hold proof in references for same. Can someone guide me as why this is happening.
