BSB staff is haughty

My child appeared for an admission test in BSB. I was told that the result would be conveyed to me in 8 days. They took over a month to say that my child had cleared the test and I must mention that during this one month period, I made several calls to the school, the line would be passed from one person to another and at the end of some 15-20 minutes each time it would finally be just " we'll let you know". The admin staff/ the admission staff are very rude and couldn't care less for anxious enquiries.
