Now Ielts is mandatory for immigration process so if any doctor who gets 7+ bands ( Very good user of english)have no hurdle while communicating and i want to add one more thing that in Asia specially Medical graduates are usually the cream of the nation they are intelligent and are expert and can do medical practise every where in the world.So u should stop Racism.World and Land is made by the God for everyone.
