moving to north cyprus

• oops...sorry,semms i've posted this in the wrong forum before-i think this is the right one.
  
  hi all,
  we've been seriously thinking of moving to north cyprus, so buying a property is nothing to do with an investment. (it would be nice to know that the property maintains value but this is not the main target)
  We are looking for villas or garden apartments...anything nice with a garden and a high construction standard.
  So far we've seen many projects on the internet and i liked only a few such as:

  You can see though that these projects are in building stages and i wonder if anyone has any information about them. It is not always easy to get the right impression just from pics but you can see that they are lovely n9on the less.
