Sightseeing in Denmark

We're an Austrian couple and we will visit Copenhagen in 3 weeks for a weekend. What are the most famous places in the city, which we shouldn't miss? We're also interested in museums etc.

Viking museums
I'm not so sure about famous sights in Denmark as I'm quite new here myself. But my personal favourite so far has been the Viking museums that you'll find quite easily - they're amazing!
