Studying in Dubai - help wanted!!

• Hi! I would like to study in Dubai for a year, but don't know how to get this going. Unfortunatly my university doesn't have any exchange program to Dubai - so I have to arrange everything by myself. Are there any agencies that specialize on helping you to get everything arranged? Or do you have any tipps on how to organize this yourself?? Thanks a lot for your help!

  Hi,
  I just finish my second year in Economics, culture and modern arabic language in Denmark. My 3rd year have to be in the middle east. I am going to Cairo for one year, but instead i want to see the opputunities in Dubai. I tried to arrange it but it couldnt happen...maybe you can guide me.   Most of the universities in Dubai are located at Knowledge village which has the following website:- http://www.kv.ae/en/default.asp
  
  It has a program search tool which lets you select your area of study e.g economics, business administration, liberal arts etc. And you can also choose the program you wish to pursue e.g bachelors, diploma, associate etc.
  
  The website also offers information on immigration and visa regulation.
  
  Scholarships and loans are awarded by the universities- so you should apply directly. There are private scholar ships awarded by the sheikh's etc but most are for UAE nationals or residents.
  
  The American university of Dubai and Sharjah have student exchange programs for a duration of one year. American university of Dubai and sharjah are not part of knowledge village, they have separate websites:

  Generally the cost of education in the most prestigious private college (depends on your subject) can reach up to 10000 US dollars annually - this is a rough estimate and excludes accommodation.
