Is it possible for a Saudi Job Visa holder to take up a job in Dubai without the Saudi Visa being cancelled?

  I am currently working in Saudi Arabia and have received an offer from a co in Dubai.
  However, my current employer insists me on staying for another 3-4 months and is delaying my exit procedure, while the new employer is asking me to join within 10 days.
  
  Is it possible that I can take up the job in dubai without my Saudi job visa being cancelled?
