Looking for a job in Dubai

• Dear Sir I am an Indian living in UK (London) since past 5 years.I haveworked with many reputed retail stores in London & they are very famous & known worldwide. Honestley i have overstayed in UK but i am still holdind valid Indian pasport. I wish to go and work in Dubai directley from Uk. Can I apply for a job from here or can i get work visa from Uk to enter UAE. Is it possibel to approch UAE embasy here. Please do advise me.

  if you have overstayed how will british authorities react to that? i am sure it will tarnish your records that may affect entry into dubai. no? what was your experience?
