language schools

  • How do I go about finding language schools in France. I have been involved in education in the USA for 25 years.....speak no French...are there employment opportunities for me?

    Hi,

I'm a Spanish girl from Barcelona and I was also looking for a language schools in France last year. Well I think it is certainly too late for you but maybe it can help other students or adults who are looking for some tips.
Personally, I choose a famous French organization called NACEL...It may ring a bell for some of you!! So I choose to go in Rouen, a city in the North of France, which was very cute and with typical medieval buildings and so on, and as it is rather close to Paris we made a two-day-excursion there...merely fabulous. I’m sorry I do not remember the name of the school but by the way it was a very good one and the French teachers were comprehensible! I stayed in a nice French family so I managed to improve my level et maintenant je parle bien le francais je pense! I checked and I found the program I attended but there are so many others. Maybe the only disadvantage was the weather but it was in October so I can understand…I hope it can help some of you!!

Bye and have a good trip,
