• it is over, Germany is full with nazis, and the east germany sucks.
  It is ugly (not all), dirty and the ppl always sad... (not everybody but a 95% YESSSS)
  i cant understand them, why can´t they enjoy the life???

  After reading just a very first few comments I realised it is a waste of time to continue. This forum is full of people who need to vent and people who have major difficulty in adapting and adjusting to foreign, different culture simply because they did not take enough time to stop, listen and understand it.   Germany is most of the negative comments above. Been living here for a while. How could a country hate the U.S. so much, yet be so obsessed with it's culture? The only thing German you'll see in the U.S. is BMW and Benz, that's it, nobody talks about the country and nobody cares. In Germany all they talk about is U.S. politics and what's going to happen in the U.S. and feed on U.S. culture (because the food here sucks) and blah, blah, blah. They think it's because they are more educated and aware. No, it's because they have a hard-on for the U.S. but think she's an ugly girl because on a friend (Media) description. ha-ha.
  
  The people density is far too high, and I'm guessing it's why the average person on the street is so rude. Even if you are buying something for a store they shopkeeper is an asshole to you. The landscape is beautiful and some people are nice. A couple of people above hit the nail on the head when they wrote about the lack of humor that plagues this country - that is what truly makes this place a downer.

  Germans are not known as mass-murderers or neo-nazis, they are known as bores with bad manners. But mostly other countries are not interested in them, the same way people are not interested in, say, Belgium. Germany is just not really known for anything else, not like Italy, France or the UK. It's pleasant enough but nothing really super- special. I noticed I tend to feel superior to Germans when I meet them. I'm not sure why, maybe it's because of the war or because they are foreigners, there's nothing I can do about it I just feel that way.

  There are similar small anti-immigration parties to the ones you describe in other countries like Australia for example, but it is suprising that they should be Austria and Germany given the countries' history - it is a bit like if the Italians had a pro-crucifxion party. As Kiwi Traveller says, Germany is not considered a neo-nazi country (although our embassy warns against violent demonstrations) but I guess that is because of the efforts of people like you.   See this is the ONLY solution U guys got against Ur social problems, "Go home foreigners", "Hate foreigners" etc. Did YOU ever wonder why residents with foreign roots in Germany are involved in crimes the most?? Its because they got no JOBS to do besides sweeping off German streets. Now, you must be ready to answer: well, they're not educated enough! If so, why not?
