  tuve una experiencia terrible en una WG compartida con un senhor de 40 anhos. Me echo de la noche a la manhana porque no habia "armonia" ni "comunicabamos" lo suficiente. Bien, pero lo peor es que cuando por fin me iba a trastear, hizo todo lo posible por no devolverme el dinero de la caucion, me queria ademas cobrar 50 euros porque segun él el cuarto no estaba limpio (habian unos periodicos y unas bolsas de plastico) hasta que lo amenacé con ir a la policia. Le gustan los jueguitos de poder porque él puede pagarse el apto solo entonces te puede decir que te vayas cuando quiera y me dio la impresion que busca precisamente personas extranjeras que se queden por corto tiempo para que sean sus amigos en dos segundos. Un ser muy raro y solo, si ven en los proximos meses un anuncio para una WG en la Seelower Str. 3 (10439, Berlin) y el tipo se llama Robert, tengan cuidado y lo mejor es que no vivan ahi.

  I just had a really nasty experience in a WG which I was sharing with a 40 year-old man. he decided one day out of the blue that he didn't want to live with me anymore because we didin't "communicate" enough and there was no "harmony" in the appartment. OK... But when I finally found an appartment and wanted to move out, he didn't want to give me my caution money back, he wanted to charge me 50 euros because the room wasn't clean when I had just left a few newspapers and plastic bags. Until I threatened him to go to the police, he gave me my money back. He likes to play these sick power games because he has money and can afford the appartment alone, so he can kick you out whenever he wants to and be so mean when it comes to money. A very sad little lonely man who seeks through the wg a person who will spend her or his whole time with him. So, my advice to you is if you see an ad for a wg on the Seelower Str. 3 (10439, Berlin) and the guy's name is Robert, just be careful and if you can, don't live there.
