Our Prague and Bratislava Delivery Centers are currently recruiting Dutch speakers for job opportunities in Business Administration, Cash Collections, HR and Customer Service.

    Job Responsibilities Could Include:
    • Processing of Orders
    • Billing: Retrieve Transactions, Inspect, Update Database, Create Contract for Services, Validate Input, Release Contract, Provide Billing Support
    • Invoice Printing and Distribution
    • Help Desk Support: Help Users Resolve Process and Technical Issues
    • Manage Queries over the phone , by fax and email
    • Order Acceptance/Placing Orders, Answer Customer Calls which relate to Customer Orders
    • Develop Appropriate Client Relationships
    • Perform Cash Collection Function: Monitor the time of customer billing to time of payment receipt, research payments, assist the customer with invoice questions, and manage/resolve disputes. Document customer calls in the system.
    • Accounts Receivable: Apply cash payments to customer accounts, research misapplied or unknown items.
    • Participate in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Activities

    Job Requirements Include:
    • Fluent Dutch and Communicative English
    • Minimum 18 Years of Age
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Secondary Education (VMBO, HAVO, HBO)
    • Team Player and Positive Attitude (Initiative and Enthusiasm)
    • Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Ability to Follow Procedures
    • Ability to Work with Computer and Phone for long periods of time
    • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
    Candidates with the Following Experience Preferred:
    • Customer Service Experience
    • Accounting Experience
    • SAP Knowledge
    • Familiarity with Distribution, Supply Chain, and A/R Principles

    The relocation package will include a lump sum bonus equal to one month of your salary, reimbursed work authorization expenses and reimbursed transportation to Prague or Bratislava.
