Citizenship question - can you help?

  • I have an inquiry that you, hopefully, can shed some light on.

First, I will provide some pertinent background information:

    1) My father was born in Germany (and was a German citizen)

    2) My mother was born in Italy, and retained her Italian citizenship even though she later moved to Argentina.

    3) Although I was born in Turkey, I acquired German citizenship through my father.

    4) My mother obtained a German passport (and thus became a German citizen ? ) shortly after marrying my father. She did not renounce her Italian citizenship, however.

    5) A few weeks ago I obtained American citizenship (I currently live in Calilfornia), while retaining my German citizenship (pursuant to the recently passed German law).

    6) I also recently got married, and my wife is a citizen of Argentina. She is presently applying for U.S. permanent residency status.

With the aforegoing background information, I now wish to pose my MAIN QUESTION:

    7) MAIN QUESTION:
Can my WIFE now also obtain her German citizenship (and German passport) through her MARRIAGE to me -- as occurred when, in the 1950's, my mother apparently obtained her German passport (and German citizenship) upon marrying my father?

Or -- if I should decide to move to Germany to live/work for a few years (and, of course, take my wife with me) -- would she have to follow the same general immigration procedures as anyone else who is seeking long-term residency in Germany and eventual German citizenship?

Thank you for your anticipated assistance with my inquiry.

    Al

  • hi sir

    Sir,
Yesterday I went through your website and I intend to have my further treatment from your hospital. Actually I am a boy of 19 and I suffered through a severe accident which caused a great loss to my legs.
The flesh of my legs were lost and additional pieces of flesh were joined with the old ones of my legs. I feel much better now. I am having my treatment from the doctors here but they advise me to have a surgery of my legs. The standard of medical treatment in our country is good but I have teken interest by the doctor's will to have a standard medical treatment from any medical surgical hospital abroad. The doctors have also advised me to do so. I shall pay all the related dues and expenditures to have surgery of my legs. I have my medical documents and evidences which will prove that I have really suffered and which I will send to you whenever required by your goodself. Kindly send me the further informations to me so I can have a highly standard medical surgery treatment from your qualified doctors my email and phone number is givenf below and dont forget to mention the cost that I have to face to be admitted in your hospital.
I shall feel much obliged to you for your this kind favour.
    THANKS.
