  • Mystery shopper jobs in galway

I am a domestic engineer from county roscommon. I am married with two daughters. I love to shop and sometimes find retailers quite rude and not particulary helpful. I notice this more so since i have children. I think women with children are sometimes given less help when shopping, especially clothes shopping. I have always wanted to be a mystery shopper because i really believe that irish retailers need to improve their services and when i worked for an airline company, the only thing that made some workers pull up their socks was a warning that a mystery shopper would call within a week! I can do weekends on my own and week-days without or with my children. I feel children make it more interesting and harder forr retailers to keep their cool and real feelings hidden.

  • Mystery Shopper

    Job Description:

Have you ever left a shop feeling delighted by a member of staff who was particularly helpful, or dismayed by poor service? Which experience would make you more likely to return? Companies understand that good customer service ensures that customers will return, but how do they know what level of service their staff provide? Mystery shopping provides an objective measure of customer service in shops, restaurants, hotels, banks, even on public transport. The results help companies target the millions of pounds spent on staff training; ensuring staff are providing excellent service as well as meeting required guidelines and sometimes even following the letter of the law. Earn yourself some extra cash! As a shopper for Bare International Mystery Shopping you will be contributing to improving customer service across the UK, making shopping a better experience. You will visit a whole range of 'shopping' outlets, make telephone calls and even conduct mystery shopping online at home.

Please let me know if you are interested on [email removed]

Hi my names Aideen, and I am currently a first year student studying commerce at nuigalway. I have a great love for fashion and art, and these are both area's in which play a great role in my life. I have lots of retail experience so I know what it feels like to be at both sides of the counter, and I have encountered many difficult situations in my time. I believe I would be a great mystery shopper as I have an array of interests ranging from food to entertainment, sports to fashion and reading to great outdoors, including the nightlife seen to.I also have the social skills to deal with difficult situations both over the phone and in person and I strongly believe in giving the best service you can give. This is why I believe I would be an ideal candidate for the mystery shopper position in Galway, and I hope to be hearing from you very soon.***
