Villa Grimani International School

  • I am seriously advising all people thinking about this school to think otherwise. The director of the school is a true crook and many teachers don't have contracts or are paid in black. The children are not fed decently and educational resources are low. Teachers are not treated with respect and are just simply taken advantage of. Do not consider this school for your children or even as a job prospect!!!!!!

Dear 'exploited' teacher, 'Rainbow' or whatever nick-name you cowardly choose to use! Someone saying the things that you have should have the dignity to sign with their real name!
When people do this kind of thing they do it out of some kind of personal resentment or because a work reference revealed their true incompetence and lack of professionalism or simply because they were unable to get another job!

I have to disagree with the first comment- I started work at V.G in Sep of 2008. I signed a contract during the first week of term, as did all the other staff and I have always been paid correctly. I enjoy working at the school very much- I have a small class and non- contact time 3 times a week so I don't do any work out of school! Yes, teachers pay is much lower in Italy but I didn't come here for the money, I came for the experience and I'm planning to stay.
