Is there a Central Website to search for a Apt for Year long?

• Hi,
  I am moving to Rome to work and it is myself, Wife and young Son. I am researching whether there is a website where I can search for an apt to rent for the year. Every time I put in 'to rent in rome', it gives me 'short rentals options' which is no good. I have some friends who are looking to move to Rome and will be looking for Apt's in the very near future - totally amount about 10-15 couples/ single people - more likely Studio's, 1 Bed, and a few 2 beds. Basic criteria is, City Centre, walking distance to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navana, Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo, Aventrino, Trastevere, San Pietro, Campo de Flori, Testaccio, Via Veneto etc... regards for now.
