looking for one year rent in Rome-3 bedrooms

We are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment or house in Rome, as near as posible to the ENI headqurters (Piazzale Enrico Mattei)but not mandatory.We wanna rent it for at least one year and we'll be arriving on first of october.
