best internet access

• in japan is it better to get internet in your home, on a phone, or in internet cafes? i am moving soon and trying to save money so i want the cheapest option that will get me decent service. any tips?

  go with home access. it´s reasonably priced. internet cafes cost too much money and phones require a contract with a Japanese comnpany. I would def. say home internet
