What's the average salary for web designers in Kuwait?

• hi there,
  I'm a web designer with two years experience and i'm really skilled in building complete flash websites using action script 3 and i have basic knowledge in PHP and SQL too..
  I live in Syria and i make a good enough money here but since i have so many friends and relatives i've been thinking about moving to Kuwait.. But i heard that they don't pay much for IT jobs I'm just really curious what is the average salaries for web designers? if anybody there has an idea please let me know..
  I'd really be so thankful if you can help me because I really wanna live in Kuwait..
