Dear Sir,
I was working from the 19993 November to 2005 November work with Al Mulla Engineering group as a General foreman. On 2005 November some Indian managers trap me and they terminate me before they ask me to write one letter as their wish. They told me we will give only warning letter not terminate then after 5 days they terminate me. Then they are not agree to transfer my residence permit, I get permission from Ministry of labor shaab. For my indemnity. I file the case in court. Still I was not getting any support where I want to go to get legal support to get my indemnity. If I will come to Indian embassy I will not get any support. Now day some Indian technicians are resign from the company they are agree to allow transfer to residence permit they told bring the paper from ministry judges palace to get your settlement this technician they give that paper for release now they are saying you will not get release you Have to go back to India bring your ticket I will give you passport in airport. These technicians are getting 45K/D basic from al mulla they are getting offer 200K/D from other company. Al mulla they are not allow give any technician more salary every benefit only for managers. Please give me solution or not allow them to bring any body from India like this torturing is going on in the company all mulla company. Please give me answer through my mail in [email removed]
