Any tipp on a phone provider in Kuwait?

• I just signed my rental contract for my new aparement and now I need to get a phone line. Any tipps on a good phone provider???

  Is the Internet the same as the phone? Does internet fall under the Ministry of Communications also?

  The internet is a different subject, i would personally go for Quality net.
  
  They are most likely the best out of the other crappy providers we have
