How we transfer visa

• My husband is British, he worked in Koc before. He work 1 year. Now were in kuwait and the visa still available. but will end nxt month. He have job now in subhan. The company want to make him a visa, but from his passport his visa not yet cancelled. He can exit to make a new visa even the visa not cancelled or he need to go to shoun. Please help us.
