How i come back to Kuwait for working again ?

• Actually I used to work at Kuwait for 9 months. But I resigned and back to my country. the previous Visa was cancelled.
  
  Now I got a new offer to work at Kuwait, but i am not sure whether I can come back to work at there immediately or not.
  
  Could you please provide me whether the person whose work VISA was cancelled can come back to work at Kuwait immediately or it is required to wait for while such as 3 months or 6 months.
