working visa in kuwait, how long to process?

I have been hired by one of the Hospitals in Kuwait as a staff nurse last January 27, 2008 thru an agency here in Manila. Until now my visa hasn't been given and I asked my agency about it they said its in the ministry of interior. Could anyone tell me what could be the cause of delay? Here is my [email removed]ks!
