I will move to the Hague in January to work for the ICTY. I am a single female looking for a cute 2 bd apt. or house which allows a dog. I need to be near transportation and also parks. Any suggestions for neighborhoods?

The area were the ICTY is situated has the name
"Statenkwartier". It is a nice,good/wanted and green area, ( with parks and also the beach is very close) where many expats lived.
