Working as a doctor in the Netherlands

Hello and greets from Austria. Is there anybody, who knows, if it is easy to work as a doctor in the Netherlands? Are doctors searched in the Netherands? I´m interessted to start with an adducation for "occupational medicine" (If they are needed). Nederlands kan ik wel praten. Thanks for your information. Mike
