Looking for an axperience Engineer for my Metal fab shop

• Hi,
  im here looking for an experience engineer in the field of metal fabrication to work with me on a share basis agreement under my sponsorship
  
  my company is small at the moment, employing 7 people working in a 600 m2 workshop, the turnover is not currently meeting my ambitions.
  the company has potential of grouth.
  
  the candidate should have the following qualifications:
  1- Be an Engineering graduate with experience in the same field preferably in Oman
  2- Energetic and creative
  3- willing to work on share agreement
  4- Be able to do marketing and discuss technical issues with clients
  5- have managerial experience.
  6- have an oman driving licence or has to be a driver with an ability to obtain oman licence
