Seeking Information about Salaries in Oman

• Dear Forumers,
  
  My company is investigating to open an office in Oman and I am seeking some information about the Compensation system there Oman :
  - What's the delta between the gross and net. I've heard that there is no personal taxes for employees ?
  - What about the employer charges ?
  - Is there a minimum salary to be paid ?
  - What is the cost of the medical insurance per month in average ?
