Commerce and MBA with 5 years of work experience

I am VIJAY from India, currently working in Dubai. I am Finance graudate and also have MBA with 5 years of experience in Banking and Insurance domain. I will be getting married to polish citizen this year. I wld like to know how much it will take to get a job in poland if i have karta pobytu (work permit). And how difficult it is to get a job as a non polish speaker. If anyone can help me in getting a job will be of great help.
