Looking for a family in Portugal

• Hi, i'm from venezuela, my grandpa was from portugal, but he never told us about his life, we know he was born in a little town called Provoa do valado, I need to know, where I can find a birth certificate od someone who born there, cuz I need it to ask for my visa.
