looking for a partnership in refining crud oil

ATTE:

The above mentioned community in Niger delta area of Nigeria,
is seeking the consent and to have a trustworthy and reputable
company or individual we can rely on in assisting us to refine and
send back petroleum,diesel and kerosene products only, from crud oil
allocation that was granted and allocated for the development of
our community by the federal government of Nigeria,as a compensation
for the government to continue crud oil drilling in our area.

This allocation was granted and assigned to us in October (1-2006) to
the ton of four thousand (4000) barrels of crud a day, so we now have
in stock over four million (4000000) barrels waiting to be refined.
Since the refineries in Nigeria are not working for the past eight
years, causing occasional fuel and kerosene scarcity here,
further more, the taxation that accompanies storing it in depot.

We are now seeking the consent of a reputable individual or company,
who can assist us in refining and sending back three of the end
products for our usage and selling in our community and beyond.
We can arrange for vessel with you to bring this crude oil
to any part of the world for you if we can reach a solid and
legal agreement with you.

The payment for your assisting this community in this project is
negotiable as agreed by the community,so we expect a reasonable
price from you as in each barrel refined.
