  To reach out to prostitutes at street corners, hotels and other know areas and unemployed young women who with the message of salvation. To train those willing to leave the trade employable skills.
  
  ORGANIZATOIN STRUCTURE
  Consists of the director, working with five volunteers’ staff who teach and train the young women dress making, hardworking, batik, tie and dye, mushroom and snail rearing.
  OUGANIZATOIN’S CLIENTS / STRUCTURE
  Young female commercial sex working with, unemployed young female and street girl selling in our streets.
  SUMMARY OF PAST AND CURRENT ACTIVITIES
  Form the 2001 to date; about fifty-six women have been trained in dressmaking, hair dressing and batik making.
  The women were fist approached by the director with the word of god those who accept and are willing to leave the trade were drought together and accommodated for the rehabilitating programme. This includes; educating, training, and informing them on the dangers and risks in STD’s, HIV/ AIDS and related diseases for those in the commercial sex workers trade by health professionals.
  
  Women were then trained in vocational and trading skills mentioned. After the training, the women were give equipment and seed money to enable hem set up small scale businesses. For current project, mushroom and snail rearing to the project. Professionals in the sector will be engaged to train hose willing in that area of skill.
  REFERENCE OF PREVIOUS FINDERS AND CONTACT DETAILS.
  In 2001, the founders of women’s aid foundation were the Africa enterprise. The organization was supported for eighteen months.
  
  Between 2003 to 2005, founding was received through Calvary Aid foundation c/o Calvary charismatic church in Kumasi.
  
  DESCRIPTOIN OF THE PROJECT
  GOAL:
  The goal of the project is to increase women’s control, influence and to enable them have employable skills, removing their poverty lever.
  PURPORSE:
  To reach out to young women and educate, inform and train them through counseling, vocation training to enable them be self reliant them through it is send the trained women off with some basic equipment and financial assistance to enable them setup small scale businesses.
  FIT:
  The original aim of the organization was only evangelistic; to reach out to young commercial female sex workers with the word of God to be Christians. It was realized that, who were willing to leave their profession had no other economic support and thus want back to the prostitution. Rehabilitation through counseling, vocational and small scale business entrepreneurship plus the necessary assistance of “seed money” and equipment entered them of economic employment and social adaptation.
  
  PATOINALE
  In this country, young women who finished basic school and do not get employment usually decide to use their bodies as commercial vehicles to obtain funds for personal use. The major cause is poverty, lack of employment and ignorance. As they are introduced to Christ and Christian principles of living, many want to leave the trade, but without any financial support, employment and employable skills, they find it difficult to find for them. The financial support requested would enable the organization give them the Counseling, training and the needed skills to enable them and enable them setup micro enterprises or be self employed.
  The project is designed to build on the accelerate the education of commercial sex workers to enable them quit the trade and live successful in the society. It is deliberate and systematic approach to train them and enable them acquires the needed skill for the specific area of their choice, empowering them economically.
  EXPECTED RESULTS
