Entry to Qatar after having an entry permit.

Hi,
I have obtained 'entry permit' for my spouse. I personally do have an ID and 'work visa'. ID no 24605000226. Is there any time limit for my spouse to get in to Qatar? The 'entry permit' was applied on 2/7/07 and was received after a week.
