  • Hi!

There are some good resturant that serve Indian and pakistani food. Either you have very expensive or the very normal variety of food.

I have not seen a resturant specialising in Bengali food, mostly you get South Indian or North Indian.

You will get nice fish dishes and you can but tinned Rosagoolas if you want.

Normally, for a cheap and decent meal, you can go to Malaaj resturant but take opinion of some ladies be4 coming here

  • Welcome to Riyadh :D

Hello. There are alot of indian restaurants here in Riyadh, the best one in my opinion is Avadh on Tahlia street, it's very good but a little bit expensive, a Makni, Tekka Masalla, or Kadai meal is not less than 40 riyals. There's also a nice place called Spice, it's not as good as Avadh, but it is still very delicious and affordable, and of course there are many other indian food stores and charge very reasonable prices, if you need anything don't hesitate to contact me: [email removed]

Avadh is VERY expensive and NOT typical authentic Indian food

Malaz restuarant is cheap but downscale and NOT suitable for famikliles or ladies

Try Shola in Olaya or Hyatt in Hara good value and food and decent place for ladies

contact me for any other info or help. I am of Indo-Pak oigin and lived (and living) in Saudi for 25 years

  • reply to good indian food in riyadh

hi am very sorry and beg to differ Malaz and sholay are very below average mediocar places and not fit for atleast middle class families atleast I would never think of dining there with my family and more over they are far from indian authentic cuisine ,unless your goal is cheap food and you dnt care about quality and hygiene our fav haunt has been Indian Summer ,tried copper chandini too food i snot bad but way over priced and no value for money and they are custom made for local preferences
