    Front Desk Officer (FEMALE) (Production House)

    One of our clients is engaging in the business of resourceful animation and it’s a post production studio. our clients provides a wide range of post production, 3D animation, Art direction, Broadcast design, Special effects, Sound design and other related services to the local and international market.

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The Receptionist is responsible to ensure that general office reception and guests coordination services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception desk. We require an energetic, enthusiastic person who can work under pressure. She will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries and relay telephone messages and fax messages, to the concerned employees. Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general issues. We may involve her in administrative issues.
    The candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following areas.
    • Must have a good greeting personality.
    Effective verbal and listening communications skills. (Both English and Urdu)
    • Computer skills. (Ms Office and data entry level)
    • Age should be 21-26
    • She should be honest with her work.
    • Salary scale: PKR 8,000 – 12,000



    Marketing Coordinator (Production House)

    Responsibilities include:
    • All responsibilities would be specifically to manage projects between Dubai and HO Office in Karachi.
    • Project Management: Monitoring of all projects, follow-up, identifying issues relevant to on-going projects, coordinating with all concerned departments to ensure job gets completed on time, and issuing project tracking report on a daily basis.
    • Coordinating with Dubai contacts and ensuring all requirements are met and taken care of.
    • Ensuring all requirements are communicated to the Karachi office and fulfilled.
    • Maintaining and issue a Dubai project list and update it on a daily basis.

    Knowledge/Skills/Attribute required:

    • Must be a female.
    • Age should be 21-28
    • Must be a graduate.
    • Must be at least six months or an internee level experience.
    • Should have excellent communication skills and project management skills.
    • English should be excellent.
    • Energetic and motivated with a good PR.
    • Salary scale : PKR 15,000 – PKR 22,000


    Sales Executive (Production House)

    • The position will be directly reporting to the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) and will be responsible for managing sales initiatives of the company.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Assist in day to day sales operation.
    • Maintain contact with clients and ensure information is provided on time.
    • Developing and issuing sales reports.
    • Developing and issuing client contact reports.
    • Maintaining day to day contact with clients and ensuring all clients requirements are being met.
    • Conducting market analysis to ensure all relevant market information is available to the department.
    • Coordinating with the marketing executive to ensure project completion.
    • Coordinating with clients to provide all required material for a particular project.

    Knowledge/Skills/Attribute required:

    • Age should be 22-30.
    • Must be a graduate.
    • Must be at least a year experience in related field / industry.
    • Should have excellent communication skills and project management skills.

    Location: South (Karachi)

    Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

     Official coordination with RGM - including emails, letters and phone calling etc.
     Reporting & analysis of sales as per the requirement.

     Coordination and arrangements of various company event.
     Liaison with external agencies of the organization
     Maintenance of daily, weekly monthly & annual agenda of the executive members.
     Letter drafting.
     Appointment coordination.
     Incoming /out going vigilance.
     Facilitating the executive members in all the work as in capacity of assistant.
