  • 1. Job Title: Organization & Jobs Analysis Specialist
    Location: P & C – Head Office Riyadh - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
    Core Purpose of the Job
    • Review the organisational structure of the company and all operating business units and ensure that they are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and operational needs.
    • Review all job descriptions and ensure that the corresponding job data required to support the operational needs of the business unit are captured and documented.
    • Review business processes, as and when required, as part of the job analysis process.
    • Manage, plan, coordinate activities and direct the Job Evaluation process across the organization.
    • Monitor and manage the effective implementation of policies and procedures with regards to;
    o Organizational Structures and Job Analysis
    o Job Description creation
    o Job Evaluation
    Qualifications:
    Essential (i.e., must posses)
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
    Essential (i.e., must posses)
    Should have worked as an Organization/ Job Analyst/ Specialist or related function in a large multi-national company for at least 4 years within the Middle East.

    2. Job Title: HR Projects Manager
    Location: Head Office (Riyadh)

    Core Purpose of the Job
    • Enhance HR functional performance by identifying, initiating and managing continual improvement projects in all HR functions, i.e. Recruitment, P & C, and Payroll & Training.
    • Provide HR Expertise advice and assistance in all HR functional areas: Recruitment, P & C, and Payroll & Training.
    • Audit of major HR process.
    • Develop and maintain high quality HR standards, HR SOP’s and Policies and Procedures across the organization, based on best business practices.
    • Manage, plan and direct the development of Policies and Procedures and ensure that it is align and conforms to International Standards, i.e., ISO 9000, MBNQA, Six Sigma, TQM.
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Essential (i.e., must posses)
    Bachelor’s degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or Industrial Engineering


    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
    Essential (i.e., must posses)
    At least five (5) years experience gained in the management of HR-QMS projects, particularly in a large multi-national and/ or multi-cultural work environment.
    Must have at least three (3) years project management experience and minimum two (2) years in an HR managerial role.



    3. Job Title: Corporate Training Manager Location: Head Office (Riyadh)

    Core Purpose of Job: The position holder shall strive and consistently deliver quality service by providing training and development opportunities to the staff of FIS & corporate so that they can attain the standards of competence required by a world class food company and fulfill their individual potentials.


    Qualifications:
    Essential : Masters degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations & Labor welfare
    Desirable: Diploma in Training & Development
    Experience:
    Essential responsibilities executed (Generic Description)
    Should have at least previous experience of 5 years in a Training function with a workforce of more than 1000 employees

    4. Job Title: Location:
    Compensation Analyst Head office (Riyadh)

    Core Purpose of Job:
    To design, develop, propose and implement compensation and benefits, across divisions to ensure fairness, consistency, uniformity, standardization in Compensation and benefits structure across all divisions, that will attract the best candidates and ensure the existing employees are retained in company.

    Qualifications:
    Essential
    Bachelors degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Human Resource Management
    Experience:
    Essential responsibilities executed (Generic Description)
    Should have worked as a Compensation analyst for a large company for at least 4 years

    5. Job Title: Brand Manager Location: H.O (Riyadh)

    Core Purpose of Job:
    To assist the Product Group Manager in the Management enhancement of an assigned product group within the context of the company’s overall goals and objectives, specifically in the area of Market analysis and strategic planning, Marketing plan development, Communications internally & externally on all issues affecting his portfolio.


    Experience:

    Essential responsibilities executed (Generic Description)
    2-3 years Blue Chip marketing and brand management experience in a professional FMCG company with evidence of well developed marketing skills and proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment. Experience of multi-markets an advantage but not essential.
