visa

  • My husband is Saudi & I am a filipina. I am the first wife. I worked in Saudi as Nurse for 2 years. Now, I've been converted to Muslim then we just got married last Feb 8, 2009. My question is how can my husband easily get me to Saudi Arabia & live there as husband & wife. What visa? & what are the requirements in Saudi govt as well in Saudi embassy Philippines to make things legal.

    Thank you.

first of all welcome and i wish u spend happy life with ur husband
    u made mistake
the mistake u made is that u married him without permission fom Ministry of Interior
u had 2 take permission so in case u have children, they will be able 2 study in Gov school and receive health care from Gov hospitals
ur husband knows that this is the law that u must take permission so the wife can get the saudi citizenship and be treated as citizen everywhere
now since u ddnt get the permission,ur husband will have some problems and even may be ur children
but he still can apply 2 Ministry of Interior and do what they ask him
    usually it takes 1 year
if u want be here now,he can still bring u here as a worker(nurse-babysitter) not as a wife coz u ddnt get permission
there is assosiation in saudi arabia yake care of those wives who are married 2 saudi men without permission
in case u need assistance, contact me

    Assalamu Alaikom, Congratulation!
I myself was also married to a saudi, as my experience, it wasnt easy to apply a visa for me as his wife. I am his only wife, and he was denied many times. Some arab also asked money from him promise to help him getting my visa, but all of them was just lying and run away his money. He was denied many times, due to his age ( he was just 26 ) that time. We got married in our country in an Islamic wedding to avoid commiting sin, means our marriage wasnt legal under Saudi Government. After nine years of waiting, Alhamdulillah, someone helped him, but of course he paid loads of money jut to get me.

After the certification released from the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Manila, we filed our marriage contract at the local civil registrar in our country and brought back all our Authenticated marriage contract from NSO to the saudi embassy.

And thats all, after stamping my visa to my passport, i was then recognized as a wife of a saudi national.

I am here in Saudi happily living with my husband, and we have 2 kids.

Just be patient and be strong, if your hubby knew someone from the royal family, then it will be easy for him to apply for a visa. This what happen to one of our kababayan also, she just waited for 2 months, and bingo! shes here with her husband now.
