How can l secure an exit visa if sponsor has disputes with Govt offices?

  • I recently resigned from employment in order to take up employment with another company in another country - out of the gulf region. My employer refused to follow High Court judgments for an employee they fired some years back. Now Labour Ministry has ordered that my employer's visa requests for its workforce be frozen until my employer complies with judgment. I am unable to leave and stand to lose my new job - which pays 4 times better than the current because my sponsor has been blacklisted. I come from a poor country with no Saudi Embassy. I have tickets to leave from new company and have to start new job on 1 October 2007. What can l do and how can l leave amicably and legally? How can l assure new employer that this issue has nothing to do with me? I do not wish to stay in KSA at whatever salary.
