how to go to the better offer if i already have an unused visa to saudi arabia ?

• i have already a work visa stamped on my passport, i was planning to travel to ksa within this month. but i got another better offer inside ksa too, the new offer is more better than the old one. how can i go to the new employer in the case of the old visa is still valid and in the case if the old visa is not valid anymore (expired), knowing that the new visa and the contract are ready in the agency in my country

  please i want to know if the old employer who gave me the entry visa can ban me from entering ksa or not , can l make a new passport and get the new visa on it without communicating the old one , please it is urgent.
