Looking for Technical Partner in E-commerce venture

• I am currently working on an e-commerce concept.
  
  Having a business background personally, I'm looking for a partner with an IT background to co-found and develop the venture from the technical side.
  
  While things are fluid as of yet, the tasks taken on would include:
  
  · Develop IT strategy from scratch: platform, suppliers, upgrade path, integration of various functions (website, CRM, financial etc.)
  · Function as the technical subject matter expert
  · IT vendor evaluation
  · Project lead when working with external vendors
  · Take on smaller IT projects, such as website extensions
  · Lead the technical team when company grows
