Anyone with Crohn's disease or Ulcerative Colitis?

• Hi there, I have an one-time-off PAID project that needs help from person with Crohn's disease or Ulcerative Colitis.
  
  Those who are qualified will help to evaluate the understandability of a questionnaire (is an easy reading task actually) that going to be used in a survey conduct in Singapore, and will be paid a decent amount while the whole process will only take at most 1 hour.
  
  Referral fees will be paid if you can refer anyone who is qualify.
