I am also going for a similar time period. I was wondering if it is easier/harder to find single apartments opposed to doubles.

hey guys, I am not from Singapore but I have heard that both types of apartments are easy to get, but its the location that makes a bigger difference in terms of availablility. Hope that helps, maybe someone from Singapopre will know for sure.

  • Serviced apartments

    Hi All,

For short term apartment rentals (1 week to 6 months) you might want to consider serviced apartments, especially if you are with a family. There are quite many in Singapore serving all budgets, ranging from about SGD4,000 to SGD25,000 per month. The cheapest work out to be SGD 125 per night which is really competitive and can't be matched by comparable hotels.

It is quite difficult to find short term leases for non-serviced apartments as landlords usually want to lock-in rents for 2 years, with a minimum of 14 months.
