Muscular spasms in feet linked to menstrual cycle

• Hi, is there a doctor a anybody who can help me with this problem. I've been asking for so long, had tests done to check calcium and magnesium levels - no problems! However, I get random muscle cramps in my feet and it worsens during my menstrual cycle at certain stages. At the onset of the muscular tetany in my feet, I start to hyperventillate and sometimes I faint. What tests can I have to pinpoint the problem?
