Deportation by Immigration of South Korea

• Please advise if someone worked many years like 4 or 6 whatever and after 3 years become illegal and suddenly catch by the immigration and deport him. In such case is same person still can re-apply for new visa or can obtain a business visa. my e-mail address is [email removed]
