Lap band and Gastric Bypass Op

• Hi,
  
  Does anyone know of any clinics on the Costa Del Sol, which carries out the Lap Band or Gastric Bypass Operations?
  
  I have been and seen the clinics in the Uk and the ooperation is £7000+ I've been looking on the NET and in Brussels it's only £3500!!
  
  I was hoping the price would be the smaller figure and i was also hoping to find a clinic on the Costa.
